Homemade wines may be served at weddings or other religious events. The wine must be made by a member of the family hosting the wedding. The wine must be provided to guests free of charge and under the authority of a Special Occasion Permit.
Following completion of the application for a Special Occasion Permit, submit the completed form to a LCBO permit issuing store in the municipality where the event is to be held. If there is no LCBO issuing store in the municipality simply visit the LCBO issuing store that is closest to the premises where the event is to take place.
Experience is not necessary to engage in the process of wine making. Our knowledgeable staff can help you accomplish this, for your wedding day.
A perfect match to your wedding wine label is a splash of colour on top of your wedding wine bottle. Brides-to-be can choose shrink wraps from over a dozen colours, available in stock. Although personalized labels are an option, labels provided by our manufacturers are highly recommended. Labels look professional, attach to bottles easily, are inexpensive and wedding guests are made aware of the style of wine they are drinking.
